Le Webexy Private Limited aims to deal with its clients in a professional, timely and favourable manner. By engaging Le Webexy Private Limited you agree to the terms set out below.
Scope of work
All work is defined in a written proposal. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
Terms are set out in each proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Ownership
On final payment, all deliverables — code, designs, domains, hosting and advertising accounts — belong to the client.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and do not disclose it without permission, except where required by law.
