On-ground, then online.
Very few digital agencies can staff a ground event and cut the content for it. We have done both, for brands that do not hand this work out lightly.
You are probably here because…
- You are running an event and the content plan is an afterthought
- You need one team for activation, film and the campaign around it
- Your last event produced great photos and no pipeline
- You need a partner who has done this at national scale
What is included.
- Event promotionRegistration campaigns that fill the day, not just the feed.
- On-ground activationStaffing, coordination and live capture.
- Film & photographyShot for how it will be used, not just for the archive.
- Social contentCut for each platform, published while it still matters.
- Influencer coordinationWhere it genuinely extends reach.
- Post-event campaignsThe part almost everyone skips.

What scale of event do you handle?
From single-city activations to national programmes. PlogRun ran with PepsiCo as presenting sponsor; US Kids Golf was the India leg of an international junior championship.
Do you handle the event itself or only the marketing?
Both, in partnership with event operations. We own promotion, content and the campaign around it.
Can you do media production without the event work?
Yes — brand films, product photography and social content are available on their own.
How far in advance should we brief you?
Six to eight weeks for a full programme. Less is possible but it costs reach, because registration campaigns need runway.
What usually runs alongside this.
